Every price displayed on our website — rental rates, coverage, extras, and fees — already includes the applicable Spanish VAT (IVA). The price you see is the price you pay.

VAT Invoice
A full VAT invoice is provided with every rental. Corporate clients can use this for tax deduction purposes.
For EU-registered companies, please provide your VAT number at the time of booking to ensure correct invoicing.
Every rental includes basic CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) and third-party liability coverage at no extra cost, with a vehicle-specific deductible. For enhanced protection, we offer BLUE Road Assistance and BLUE Cover Plus — our premium full-protection packages that eliminate your financial risk.
Included with every rental
Third-party liability insurance and basic CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) included. The deductible varies by vehicle. A security deposit is required.
With BASIC coverage, basic CDW is included and the client's liability is limited to the vehicle-specific deductible amount. A security deposit is required (see Deposits section below).
Optional add-on
24/7 towing service, roadside assistance, and puncture support. This is an add-on service that provides peace of mind on the road.
Important: BLUE Road Assistance does NOT reduce the deductible or excess. The security deposit and liability for vehicle damage remain the same as with BASIC coverage.
Groups 1–4 · Zero excess
Full loss damage waiver (CDW) covering collision damages, scratches, bumps, dents, and theft. Includes tire and windshield protection plus 24/7 mobility replacement service. No deductible, no security deposit.

Luxury Elite · Cayenne, G 580, 992
Coverage for our Luxury Elite vehicles includes a 25% excess reduction, tyre puncture protection, and 24/7 roadside assistance. Due to the high value of these vehicles, a reduced excess still applies.
BLUE Cover G5 reduces the standard excess by 25% but does not eliminate it entirely. A security deposit is still required for Luxury Elite vehicles. Contact us for exact amounts.
Report the incident
Contact us immediately by phone or WhatsApp. Document the damage with photos and, if applicable, file a police report.
Complete the incident form
Fill out the accident report form provided at the time of rental. Include all relevant details and third-party information.
Assessment & processing
Our team will assess the damage and process the claim. If you have BLUE Cover Plus, no excess applies (Groups 1–4).
Deposit release
If no damage is found or the claim is fully covered by your insurance, the security deposit is released within 15 business days.
A security deposit is pre-authorised on your credit or debit card at the start of the rental. The amount depends on the vehicle group and payment method. With BLUE Cover Plus (Groups 1–4), no deposit is required.

Credit Card Deposit
A pre-authorised hold on your credit card. No funds are charged — the hold is released at the end of the rental if no damage is found. Both credit and debit cards are accepted for the deposit.
Debit Card Deposit
Debit card deposits are 4× the standard amount due to the nature of debit card processing. The funds are held and returned after the rental.
With BLUE Cover Plus
When you choose BLUE Cover Plus (Groups 1–4), no security deposit is required. Zero excess means zero financial risk for you.
Enhance your rental with optional extras. All prices shown include 21% VAT. Extras can be added during the booking process or at the time of pick-up.
Additional Driver
Add a second driver to your rental. They must meet the minimum age requirement and present a valid driving licence at pick-up.
Child Seat
Baby seats, child seats, and booster seats available. Please specify the child's age and weight when booking.
Hotel / Villa Delivery
We deliver and collect the vehicle at your hotel, villa, or any address in Mallorca. Available for select locations.
Young Driver Surcharge
Drivers under 26 may incur an additional surcharge depending on the vehicle group. Minimum age requirements apply per vehicle.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles are delivered with a full tank. Please return the vehicle with a full tank to avoid refuelling charges.
Exact prices for extras are calculated during the booking process based on your rental duration and vehicle selection.
Pay Online
Secure payment via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. Pay online to lock in your rate and guarantee your reservation.
Pay at Pick-Up
Pay the remaining balance at pick-up with credit or debit card. Cash payments are not accepted.
Pay online now to guarantee your booking and secure the best available rate. Online bookings receive priority during peak season.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe.
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
Free cancellation — 48+ hours before pick-up
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time for a full refund. No questions asked.
Late cancellation — less than 48 hours
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pick-up, or no-shows, are subject to a charge equivalent to the first day's rental fee.
