Where exactly do I meet you at the airport?
It depends on the model. For Mercedes GLE, Jeep, Mercedes E-Class, Mercedes V-Class, Mercedes Vito, Mercedes G 580 EQ, Porsche Carrera and Porsche Cayenne, we meet you at the Transport Meeting Point in Parking G, a 3-minute walk from arrivals. All other models are handed over at our headquarters in Son Malferit, reached by our complimentary shuttle from the airport (about a 5-minute ride). Either way, our team sends you a WhatsApp video guide after you land.
What if my flight is delayed?
No worries. Add your flight number when booking and we follow your arrival. A delay within office hours (07:00–21:00) costs nothing extra; if it pushes your pick-up past 21:00, the out-of-hours rules apply — prior approval and an additional charge.
Can I return the car at the airport?
Yes, for the models with Palma Airport handover (Mercedes GLE, Jeep, Mercedes E-Class, Mercedes V-Class, Mercedes Vito, Mercedes G 580 EQ, Porsche Carrera and Porsche Cayenne). An airport return costs €32.23 plus VAT (€39.00 including VAT) per service, and the charge is shown during online booking before you confirm. You return the car at the same Transport Meeting Point in Parking G and walk straight to the terminal. Other models are returned at our Son Malferit headquarters; message us on WhatsApp to plan your return time.
Is there an extra charge for airport pickup or drop-off?
Yes. Palma Airport (PMI) delivery or return is available only for Mercedes GLE, Jeep, Mercedes E-Class, Mercedes V-Class, Mercedes Vito, Mercedes G 580 EQ, Porsche Carrera and Porsche Cayenne, and costs €32.23 plus VAT (€39.00 including VAT) per service. The charge is shown during online booking before you confirm. Other models are handed over at our Son Malferit headquarters, reached by our complimentary shuttle from arrivals. Pick-up or return outside 07:00–21:00 requires prior approval and carries an additional charge.
What if I arrive very early in the morning or late at night?
Our standard office hours are 07:00–21:00. If your flight lands outside these hours, pick-up can be arranged with prior approval from Azul Cars and carries an additional charge, confirmed before your booking. Just add your flight number when booking and tell us your arrival time.
Do I need to take a shuttle bus to reach my car?
It depends on the vehicle. Mercedes GLE, Jeep, Mercedes E-Class, Mercedes V-Class, Mercedes Vito, Mercedes G 580 EQ, Porsche Carrera and Porsche Cayenne are handed over at the Transport Meeting Point in the main airport parking (Parking G), a 3-minute walk from arrivals, so no shuttle is needed. For all other models (such as the A-Class, B-Class, GLA, GLB, GLC and MINI), our complimentary shuttle takes you from the airport to our headquarters in Son Malferit, about a 5-minute ride, where your car is ready.
What documents do I need for the pickup?
At pick-up, the main driver and any additional driver must show original, valid documents: an identity document or passport, and a driving licence valid for Spain that has been held for at least 2 years. Licences issued outside the EU/EEA must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit when Spanish law requires it. You also need a valid credit or debit card in the main driver's name. The deposit depends on the vehicle and the card type and is shown before you book. Photos, screenshots and copies of documents are not accepted.
How do I find the Transport Meeting Point from the terminal?
This applies to models handed over at Parking G. After collecting your luggage, follow the signs for "Parking" or "Transport Meeting Point". Parking G is about a 3-minute walk from the arrivals hall. What cars are available for airport pickup?
Palma Airport handover is available for Mercedes GLE, Jeep, Mercedes E-Class, Mercedes V-Class, Mercedes Vito, Mercedes G 580 EQ, Porsche Carrera and Porsche Cayenne, at €32.23 plus VAT (€39.00 including VAT) per service, shown during online booking. Can someone else pick up the car on my behalf?
Yes, if that person is registered on the booking as the main driver or as an authorised additional driver and shows the required original documents at pick-up. The valid card presented at pick-up must be in the main driver's name. Let us know in advance via WhatsApp so we can prepare the handover.
